End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Cobra Construction application (the "App"), you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, Cobra Construction grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for internal business purposes.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App except as allowed by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the App to upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content.
• Bypass or interfere with security and access controls.

4. Data & Privacy

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any data you submit. We process and store data to provide the App and may remove content that violates applicable law or this Agreement.

5. Service Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cobra Construction will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
